PowerQ Technologies was founded on June 29, 2001, as a California Corporation. During the Company's (the "Company" or "PowerQ Technologies") creation, the founders of the Company have been diligently securing for the Company, certain ownership rights of key technologies.

In addition to developing and promoting its own key intellectual property, PowerQ strives to work with selected partners in developing and bringing to market new and innovative products. Our engineering staff has the expertise and knowledge to develop products from conception through manufacturing, domestic and abroad.
